How it Works
We quickly deploy a refurbished APC UPS to replace the failed unit in the field. In most cases, we are able to send out the exact APC UPS model, provided the unit is available in our extensive inventory.
We also eliminate the task of recycling your failed unit. Simply place the old APC UPS in the box the recertified unit arrived in, and return it to CoastTec for reuse or recycling.

Send Email/Call
Customer sends email to CoastTec to request UPS/RBC and technician for install if required.
CoastTec Sends Replacement
CoastTec sends an APC Factory Recertified UPS or new RBC to replace customer’s UPS/RBC.
Swap Units
Customer or CoastTec Technician swaps UPS/RBC.
Package Old Unit
Customer or CoastTec Technician packages failed UPS/RBC.
Return Old Unit
Customer or CoastTec Technician returns failed equipment via prepaid shipping label.
Up To Two Year Warranty
Customer has a working UPS which is covered under warranty up to two years!
